Annihilation is a procedure made in case a citizen from any Confederation is condemned for acts which are against Enquire® will.
This procedure has only one result: the guilty guy badge is canceled from GlobalNet® database.
I thought a long time about it, but I believe this isn't a minor action: Annihilation make possible for the individual not to have any more identity, bank account, access to buildings and services (both public and private).
That individual becomes a... the only word I can think of it's the term that ancient Hindus used for the outcast: Pariah.
It is forced to live outside of the society, without any chance to re-enter it. |
