THIS IS THE REASON WHY THIS DATABASE EXISTS.
Some time ago I was hacking Global.Net®, as usual. Among strange hidden folders, I found a list of superusers who had more or less illimited power on the system. The first reaction was to disconnect before being identified, but now I have started crawling in their hidden secrets.
Enquire® is the company which, arbitrily deciding to continue with the Sacred task inherited by the Holy Inquisition, controls that Global.Net® system works fine and ministers justice against bad citizens.
According to what I was able to find up to now, its structure needs a Big Boss, known by the name of Adìn (from russian one), settled in Vatican.
Under this guy, the five Confederation responsibles are known by the name of Dva (from russian two, Asian Confederation, Tri (from russian three, European Confederation), Cetìrh (from russian four, Oceanian Confederation), Pjàth (from russian five, American Confederation) and Scjèst (from russian six, African Confederation). Each of them is the individual with more Psi power [Note: Remember to find out more about this concept] inside his Confederation.
Every federal structure has then a vice-responsible known by the name of Sjèmh (from russian seven), Vasjèmh (from russian eight), Djevjàth (from russian nine) Djesjàth (from russian ten), Adinnadzàth (from russian eleven) and Dvanadzàth (from russian twelve). His name is not necessarily related to a Confederation, but assigned based on his power level.
Outside this organization nobody knows the person related to these code names. Adìn knows the identity of the five Confederation responsibles. The six major responsibles know their vice identities.

Code names starting with one (from 100 to 199, from 1000 to 1999 and so on) depend on Adìn, are assigned to control Vatican and are known also by the name of Men in White.
Code names starting with two (from 20 to 29, from 200 to 299 and so on) depend on Dva, are assigned to control the Asian Confederation and are known also by the name of Men in Yellow.
Code names starting with three (from 30 to 39, from 300 to 399 and so on) depend on Tri, are assigned to control the European Confederation and are known also by the name of Men in Blue.
Code names starting with four (from 40 to 49, from 400 to 499 and so on) depend on Cetìrh, are assigned to control the Oceanian Confederation and are known also by the name of Men in Green.
Code names starting with five (from 50 to 59, from 500 to 599 and so on) depend on Pjàth, are assigned to control the American Confederation and are known also by the name of Men in Red.
Code names starting with six (from 60 to 69, from 600 to 699 and so on) depend on Scjèst, are assigned to control the African Confederation and are known also by the name of Men in Black.
