It took me a lot of time to discover something about this topic. Officially, Global.Net® is the world on-line connection system which controls the modern society working, by managing the World Registry Office, the bank system and other activities each one of us normally undertakes.
Most of the people are satisfied by this fact: no question about who is the controller, how the system works, and so on.
